These are photos of my current kitchen.

We are looking to replace the flooring with 12×24 porcelain tile (I have the tile selected)—will also need new quarter round trim some cherry some white, 2 pantries and a small closet included. Will need light fixture hung, and transition pieces installed between wood floor and new tile.

New subway tile backsplash. I have selected a 3×8 white subway tile and would like herringbone pattern.

Replace propane cooktop. Current cooktop is 30 inch downdraft gas cooktop.

New farmhouse sink, faucet and garbage disposal.

Replace double wall oven

Replace countertops…I have the counter tops selected, **however I can not find the granite I want anywhere but places that the price includes install.

*consider replacing double with oven /microwave combo and removing cabinet about cooktop and installing a hood
