1. Finish unfinished space (approx 10ft X 6ft), remove wall from staircase opening into this area, add/replace stair railing to replace wall being removed.
Install a wet bar here with granite countertop w/sink, backsplash, lighting and combination of base and wall cabinets. Contemporary finishes. Space for under counter fridge. Appliance installation depending on project $. Engineered wood or LVP flooring in this space and extend to currently carpeted area to connect to wine cellar (below). I have some inspiration pics but not sure what is feasible in this space. We would prefer to have a back bar area and separate front bar counter if possible.

2. Install under stairs wine/liquor storage space with door (glass? not sure if there are other options). Contemporary finishes, metal/chrome storage + floating shelves (not traditional wood). Cooling depending on project $. Reduce size of pillar adjacent to this space.

3. Replace kitchen & breakfast nook floor ceramic tiles with hardwood to match rest of the level (Bruce butterscotch 2.25″ plank). Approx size in floorplan attached.
